SPRING BREAK TRAINING

Join our Elite Group Training Sessions, designed to elevate your soccer performance with a comprehensive 90-minute program.

 Schedule: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM 5:30-7:00 PM
Duration: 45 minutes in the gym + 45 minutes on the field

 Gym Training (45 min) – Build strength, power, balance, and agility with expert-led conditioning exercises tailored for soccer athletes.
Field Training (45 min) – Sharpen your technical skills with focused drills on ball control, passing, shooting, and in-game decision-making.

This program is ideal for players looking to enhance their strength, speed, coordination, and technical ability to gain a competitive edge on the field. Train with top-tier coaches and take your game to the next level!
