Refund Policy

1. Commitment Terms

At Next Level Performance Facility, we believe in commitment and discipline. By enrolling in any of our programs, clinics, or camps, you are securing a limited spot that prevents another athlete from participating.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the limited capacity of our programs and the high demand for spots, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for missed sessions, withdrawals, or cancellations once you have enrolled.

3. Non-Transferable Spots

Enrollment spots are strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your spot to another athlete or defer your enrollment to a future date or different program.

4. Medical Exceptions

In the event of a severe medical injury that completely prevents an athlete from participating, please contact us directly. Any accommodations are made at the sole discretion of Next Level Performance Facility management and may require a doctor's note.
